About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our commercial insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing commercial insurance accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to engage with leads and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and presenting complex commercial insurance solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with our underwriting team to review and negotiate insurance policies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our commercial insurance portfolio remains competitive and aligned with client needs.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of commercial insurance broking experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, options, and markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Possession of a full driving licence.
