We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our Commercial Insurance team, you will be responsible for providing technical, customer relationship, and administrative support to our Account Executives and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Insurance Support: Handle commercial and corporate-sized risks for prestigious clients across various industries, providing technical support and administrative services to ensure seamless insurance solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base, working closely with Account Executives to achieve targets.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Account Executives, including renewal administration, presentation preparation, and negotiation with underwriters.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- At least 2+ years of commercial insurance experience, either broking or underwriting.
- Excellent understanding of commercial insurance products and insurance options.
- Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
- Commitment to progress towards Cert CII.
- Possession of a full driving license.
