Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to large organisations, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, while exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support and improve client service, internal process execution, and facilitate informed analysis.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives and drive business growth.
- 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing through length of service.
