Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Brown & Brown (Europe). As a key member of our commercial insurance broking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve new business targets and grow existing client portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to identify and pursue new business leads.
  • Collaborate with our underwriting team to negotiate and secure insurance placements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and business development.

Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of commercial insurance broking experience.
  • Ability to handle new business enquiries, renewals, and midterm adjustments of various insurance policies.
  • Good understanding of commercial insurance products, options, and markets.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Possession of a full driving licence.
