Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our commercial insurance portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our commercial insurance portfolio, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely placement of insurance policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and offerings.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of commercial insurance broking experience, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing insurance portfolios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex insurance data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Acturis insurance broking software, or similar systems.
- A full driving license and ability to travel as required.
