About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our Commercial Insurance team, you will play a vital role in providing technical, customer relationship, and administrative support to our Account Executives and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Insurance Support: Handle commercial and corporate-sized risks for prestigious clients across various industries, providing technical support and administrative services to ensure seamless insurance solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and work with Account Executives to develop and implement strategies to grow our client base.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Account Executives, including renewal administration, presentation preparation, and negotiation with underwriters.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of commercial insurance experience, either broking or underwriting.
  • Excellent understanding of commercial insurance products and insurance options.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Commitment to progress towards Cert CII.
  • Possession of a full driving license.
