We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. Key Responsibilities- Achieve new business and renewal targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Engage with our marketing strategy and promptly act on leads to drive new business growth.
- Develop and maintain introducer relationships to expand our client base.
- Generate own leads and effectively manage new business pipelines to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other departments to drive business growth.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Expand client accounts by identifying additional sales opportunities and developing tailored insurance solutions.
- Attend client visits and complete relevant fact-finding documents to inform new business and renewal decisions.
- Review client demands and needs, and advise on the most appropriate insurance solutions to meet these.
- Prepare broking notes for new business cases and work with colleagues to update renewal notes.
- Agree broking strategies with colleagues and assist in the process where needed.
- Review the broking exercise and complete final negotiations with underwriters as required.
- Produce closing instructions in line with company procedures and pass to colleagues for processing.

- Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
- A full driving licence.
