About the Role:

This is a field-based position responsible for generating new business by converting leads and building relationships with developers and installers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Convert leads generated by the telesales team into new customers
  • Build strong relationships with developers, installers, and other key stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
