We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Expenses Administrator to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure, a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payrolls and expenses for our organisation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and possess strong attention to detail.

They will also have previous experience working in payroll and a desire to further their career in this field.

Key responsibilities will include delivering a seamless monthly and weekly payroll, handling payroll entries, processing statutory payments, and administering company benefit schemes.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a driven attitude, and be able to proactively manage workloads and meet tight deadlines.
