**Executive Assistant to the CEO**

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic small company as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This position is a hybrid role, remote working but with the availability to travel to both Surrey and Central London regularly to meet with the CEO, there may also be occasional international travel.

**The Executive Assistant to the CEO's role exists to**:
1.
- Managing his calendar: ensuring his calendar is always up to date and accurate, managing invites and ensuring that all meeting links are embedded in the calendar, ensuring calendar invites have been accepted, providing notes in the calendar for all meetings, ensuring he has adequate time blocked out for lunch / coffee breaks, ensuring there is time blocked out every day for you to have a call with him to ensure he is confident and clear of his upcoming activities
- Sourcing and liaising with venues, booking travel, arranging programmes and events
- Real time monitoring of his inbox, especially when he is in delivery, to ensure nothing is missed and everything is dealt with in a timely manner
- Managing his expenses
- Providing support when he is travelling to ensure he has all he needs
- Attending F2F sessions about once every 2 months
- Attending F2F in London with him 2-3 times per month
- Working from Reigate at least 2 days a week

- Provide an inspiration experience to our clients, replying to all comms within 24 hours
- Actively work with other EA’s and Senior Stakeholders: building relationships and rapport. Initiate help and support.
- Supporting with internal CRM activities: calendar contacts, new relationship, fading relationships, movers and role changes, Christmas campaign and summer campaign
- Client gifting

- Work closely with the enablement team to ensure information is transparent
- Arrange Team Days and Offsites

**You will need to be able to accomplish**:

- Complex diary management
- A partnership with the CEO to ensure cadence of reach outs
- Forward planning of travel to ensure maximum impact
- Organising global travel and communicating with clients on session dates and logistics
- Proving an itinerary for each programme involving travel
- Initiating processes to maximise Chris’s time
- Work closely with the Associate EA to coordinate on time with the CEO
- Meet with the Associate EA and Programme Manager
- Provide transparency when help is needed
- Must be able to work at high pace, under pressure, within tight deadlines and have the flexibility to work overtime
- Be available as the first point of support for all meetings and travel
- Implementation of systems and procedures to maximise business opportunities
- Update with CRM lead to ensure all client contact details are
- Be an active team member who is looking to personally develop
- Organise the Sevenhill Team Days & Offsites

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years+ EA experience at c-suite level
- To know and to have worked in a busy corporate environment
- To understand and have experienced the London working culture
- To be an established hybrid worker
- Must drive and have own car
- Must be flexible to work outside of contracted working hours and potentially over weekends if required, to support the CEO

Hybrid Role

Expected start date: ASAP

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
