Esure has the perfect role for you We are currently seeking a Company Secretariat and Legal Team Administrative Assistant to join our Company Secretariat and Legal team based in Reigate on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You will play a crucial role in helping our Legal and Company Secretarial teams achieve the company's governance and legal objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the publication of board papers, filings for subisiry companies, project managing the Annual Report and Accounts as well as assisting with a number of legal and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. You will support the Deputy Company Secretary, Head of Legal, and all Legal Counsels in providing efficient secretariat, legal, and administrative support to the business. **Key responsibilities of the role include**
- ensuring consistency of approach across the department, escalating matters in a timely and appropriate manner, and providing support in various legal and administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

- Assisting with the drafting, reviewing, and proofreading of legal documents and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support the legal team in their decision-making process.
- Managing and maintaining legal records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assisting with the coordination and organization of meetings, conferences, and events.
- Providing accurate and timely administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

**Qualifications** You are a good fit for the role if you have the following**
- Adaptability in accordance with the different needs of the role
- Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, oral and written communication and able to communicate at all levels
- A self-motivated team player with the ability to work under pressure and to prioritise responsibilities appropriately
- The resilience and flexibility to maintain consistency of work performance under pressure to make sure all deadlines are met
- An understanding of the basic company secretariat and legal principles will be preferred but not essential.
- An aptitude for learning and a questioning mindset.

By the end of the time with the team you should be able to progress to a company secretariat assistant role.
