You’ll have at least 2 years strong administration experience in a busy services industry. You should have good IT skills including Microsoft Office, multiple diary management, excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

Working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Fridays.
We offer a salary of £24,000 - £25,000pa exclusive of a monthly company performance-based bonus, 28 days holiday and company pension. Perks include casual dress, free parking, social events, & free drinks and food.

**Main Duties**
- Ensure delivery of an exceptional standard of customer and client care is maintained at all times in line with the company systems and procedures.
- Supervise and ensure the effective management and maintenance of the managers’ daily electronic diaries.
- Normal everyday tasks to include processing of customer payments and raising invoices.
- Manage and update the works programming database on a daily basis.
- Administer and manage the daily works programming diary.
**Essential**
- Experience of providing exceptional administrative and secretarial support
- Excellent team working skills with the desire to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues.
- Positive attitude and approach with the ability to work in a proactive manner.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting work demands.
- Ability to plan, carry out and complete projects or tasks within agreed timescales.
