**Position**:
**Where? Join our Provisioning Team**:
You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining allocated work pools ensuring all cases are worked according to their SLA’s and pro-actively manage the CRM tickets with a focus on the mobile
- Responsible for co-ordinating projects implementing various Network Services i.e. Fixed Line Services, Mobile, Data Connectivity.
- Processing orders for customers and Channel Partners
- Maintain effective communication with all customers/suppliers/partners & updating the CRM database
- To be competent on all supplier portals by completing all training academy’s
- Identifying any errors or potential pitfalls in the day-to-day operations
- Undertake any projects as delegated by the Management Team or any other relevant tasks
- Sales administration - assisting with sales order creation and validation
- Providing out of hours support to our customers within the Networks on call schedule. (The on-call schedule works on a 7 week - 1 week on/6 weeks off rotation with a waiting list to join)

**Salary £26-£28k**

**25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays**

**Requirements**:
**Who? are we looking for?**:
We are seeking a Project Provisioning Coordinator with:

- 6-12 months experience in a customer facing role
- At least 5 GCSE’s Grades ‘5’ or above including English and Maths
- PC literate. IT Microsoft office proficient including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
- Good rapport building skills
- Ability to work well in teams, self-starter, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Practical, organised with a keen eye for detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Punctual with a good attendance record
- Keen to learn and develop their career in this industry
