**About Our Client**:
A well established firm based in Reigate are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
- As the HR advisor you will the point of contact for managers and employees, providing advice and assistance on people issues, whilst understanding the priority and importance of people management issues.
- To work in partnership with managers providing advice, education and coaching on employee relations issues in accordance with the organisations values, policies and procedures.
- To produce reports and data for managers, as and when required, supporting with service management and CQC compliance.
- To support managers with the investigation, reporting, and presentation of disciplinary or grievance cases. Liaising with our legal advice service making sure the advice and actions are compliant.
- To coordinate and provide support to disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings.
- To be responsible for the processing of new starters, leavers and salary changes and amendments to pay, within the monthly payroll deadlines, liaising with the Senior HR Business Partner and Payroll Administrator and Payroll Manager.
- To monitor all absences in partnership with managers ensuring appropriate action is taken where needed.
- To monitor new starter's probation period in partnership with managers ensuring appropriate action is taken where needed.
- To support and promote Employee Assistance Programme, alongside health & wellbeing of staff.

**HR Administration**
- Ensure staff records are kept up to date and accurate within the HR System (Cascade) and electronic employee files. This will include employee records, absence, salary and training information. Papers should be filed on a regular timely basis.
- Produce correspondence, contracts and other documentation relating to HR issues.
- Collate and produce regular management and statutory reports where appropriate and when required.
- Operate the Cascade system, ensuring data input is up to date and accurate for all staff. Running audit reports on a quarterly basis to ensure the information held is accurate and correct.
- Carry out mail merges when required from Cascade.
- Support the recruitment team as and when required with recruitment onboarding processes.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
