Location: Reigate, Head Office (hybrid)

**Salary**: £38,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

An award-winning charitable organisation with a headcount of 350, is recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting time to join a growing organisation and be located at their head office located in Reigate.

As a HR Advisor, you will be actively involved in:

- Providing professional, expertise guidance and advice to the staff of the organisation on HR matters
- Developing and implementing efficient HR process, policies, and procedures
- Being first point of contact for the managers and employees with ER relations
- Supporting managers with investigations, reporting and presentation of disciplinary or grievance cases
- Monitor new starter probation periods in partnership with the managers
- Ensuring all staff records are kept up to date within the HR System (Cascade) and electronic employee files

You will be part of a great team, working in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner, Director of People & Recruitment and Executive Management team.

Applicants that wish to be considered for this position must have previous HR experience within an advisory level role and CIPD qualified in Human Resources Management (Level 5).
