Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Roadside Recovery Driver to join our team. As a key member of the emergency response unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients in need of roadside assistance. Your primary role will be to operate a vehicle and navigate through challenging terrain to reach customers efficiently.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Roadside Recovery Driver, your duties will include:
• Operating a vehicle to respond to emergency calls from customers
• Providing expert assistance to stranded motorists, including changing tires, jump-starting vehicles, and delivering fuel
• Collaborating with mechanics to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
