About the Role

We are seeking a Residential Estate Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Dudmaston Estate. As a key member of our holidays operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our holiday cottages are clean, prepared, and welcoming for our guests.

Job Description

Your main responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our holiday cottages. This includes thorough cleaning, replacing broken items from store supplies, and reporting any repairs or odd jobs that need attention.

Requirements

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. We are looking for individuals with a great attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You will work on change-over days, which may fall on Mondays and Fridays, and potentially other weekdays depending on the rota.

Salary and Benefits
