School Facilities Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced School Facilities Support Worker to join our team at We Manage Jobs(WMJobs). As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing support to our school site staff in maintaining a safe and efficient learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site maintenance, including knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with routine site inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
- Supporting the maintenance of a clean and safe learning environment
- Providing guidance and support to students and staff on site-related matters
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive school community

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus benefits including generous holiday entitlement and opportunities for professional growth and development.
