About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our care team at St Philips Care Group. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, while also supporting the development and well-being of our staff.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ 3/MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home setting.
  • A passion for care of the elderly and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
