**Job Title:** Senior Disability Support Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Disability Support Manager to lead and manage services for adults with learning disabilities in South Shropshire. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the adult care sector, knowledgeable in person-centred and positive behaviour support.
**Responsibilities:*
- Oversee the daily management of services, ensuring high-quality support that promotes independence.
- Encourage participation in creative community and leisure activities.
- Inspire the team to think creatively, offering a diverse range of events and support.
**Requirements:*
- Significant experience in the adult care sector.
- Knowledgeable in person-centred and positive behaviour support.
- Valid UK manual driving licence and own vehicle.
- Level 3/4 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Management Level 5.
