Job Role: Care Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at our Oldbury Grange Nursing Home in Bridgnorth. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with their daily care needs, including personal care and mealtimes.
- Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and support.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential but desirable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends.
