Housing Support Worker Job Summary:

As a Housing Support Worker, you will be working closely with vulnerable service users to provide critical support in housing management. Your responsibilities will include delivering targeted support, conducting assessments, and evaluating progress. Key skills required include money management, tenancy compliance, and community engagement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored support services to eligible customers
  • Evaluate customer eligibility for support services and determine necessary tasks
  • Regularly review the progress of support and report on outcomes achieved
  • Encourage customers to establish stable living environments
  • Support customers with financial management, including debt counseling, benefit claims, and financial guidance
  • Support customers to comply with the conditions of their tenancy and engage with the communities they live in
  • Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a support role
  • Full UK driving license
  • Enhanced DBS
Compensation Package:

We are offering a competitive salary of £15 per hour + mileage paid for this role, along with flexible working arrangements that allow you to work from home. Full training will also be provided to support your success in this position.
