Care Manager for Residential Care

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Care Assistant to lead and coordinate a team of care workers at Ditton Priors Care Centre.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential care or nursing homes and be passionate about caring for the elderly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
- Lead and develop a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care standards.
- Coordinate care planning, medication management, and delivery for designated groups of service users.
- Ensure resident participation in care planning and reviewing processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and observe changes in residents' conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
- Previous experience as a senior in residential care or nursing homes.
- Passion for caring for the elderly.
- Experience with medication administration.
