The Cambian Group is committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people with complex needs. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of young people. You will be working in a residential setting, supporting children and young people aged 8-18 with a range of needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Your role will involve creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence, and encouraging positive relationships with the young people in your care. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,173 per annum, plus benefits, including
  • £11.92 per hour (equating to a base salary of £24,173)
  • 224 hours (5.6 weeks) Annual Leave
  • Bonuses: Up to 10 sleep ins per month paid at £30 per sleep (approx. £3,600 per year)
