We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Children and Young People's Service Worker. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to young people aged 8-18 with varying levels of social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Your day will be filled with activities that promote their development, education, and overall well-being. You will work closely with the young people to create a safe and nurturing environment that feels like home. This may involve assisting with homework, preparing meals, and planning fun activities such as video games, board games, or outings.
As a Children and Young People's Service Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the young people in your care receive the support they need to thrive. This includes helping them develop life skills, managing their emotions, and promoting positive relationships with others.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £11.22 per hour (plus £30 sleep rate where required) and a range of benefits including career development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive training program.
