We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Specialist to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to young people aged 8-18 with varying levels of social, emotional, and mental health needs.

As a Residential Support Specialist, you will work closely with the young people to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their development, education, and overall well-being. This may involve assisting with homework, preparing meals, and planning fun activities such as video games, board games, or outings.

You will also be responsible for administering medication, recording observations, and maintaining accurate records of the young people's progress. In addition, you will participate in regular meetings with colleagues to discuss the young people's needs and plan strategies to support them.

The salary for this position is £11.22 per hour (plus £30 sleep rate where required). We also offer a range of benefits including career development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive training program.
