What we are looking for...

In this New Homes Business development role, you will be responsible for

  • Identifying sites under construction across our patches and establishing relationships with the site owner and/or builder
  • You will be required to be familiar with planning data across our patch for sites that are under consideration for planning or recently granted
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing developer clients and builders
  • Liaising with each of our five offices about potential opportunities to target and nurture relationships
  • Managing the relationship between our local offices and developer clients to ensure they are receiving service and results in line with “The Nock Deighton Way” when on the market with us
  • Provide accurate market appraisals on new build sites taking in to account each developer's individual needs and requirements
  • When instructed to market new homes, you will prepare the marketing material to the appropriate standard and complete a robust handover procedure to the local office to ensure the service levels are maintained seamlessly
  • Working to hit and exceed a set of KPI's and targets specific to growing the New Homes side of the business

We are looking for an individual with high standards and an incredible work ethic and in order to be suitable for this role you must be focused, be good at time management, rapport and relationship building, have excellent communication skills and be able to tackle issues in a positive, pro active and practical manner. You would need to have experience working in Estate Agency and/or property industry and be MNAEA (Member of National Association of Estate Agents) or be willing to work towards achieving this qualification. This role requires that you are able to work effectively on your own whilst also having the ability to work with and delegate to our teams across each office.  A clean driving licence is essential.

Salary is basic £25,000 plus commission

Car Allowance of £350 per calendar month

4% Commission from completed sales that you have generated (OTE and KPI's)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:00

Occasional Saturday work upon request would be from 9:00 - 13:00
