Business Systems Coordinator

**Main responsibilities**:
- Define, plan and execute business system projects
- Liaise with the Boost Apps, IT Services, and Development teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Direct the team in managing system changes in response to new requirements and system updates.
- Process map and document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes
- Provide regular status updates to the Board, senior management team, and other stakeholders
- Assist project teams in the implementation of other systems
- Design, develop, test and implement solutions
- Recognise opportunities to improve process efficiencies and implement them
- Effectively train staff in the use of new Company systems, or updates to systems
**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) between the core hours of 8am to 6pm.
**Essential skills, qualities, and experience**:
- A collaborator and problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement
- Previous experience in process mapping and the use of process mapping tools and techniques
- Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly and continuously improve technical skills
- A personable individual with excellent communication skills at all levels
- The ability to actively listen
- Leadership skills with proven experience in effectively training staff
- High attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- The ability to translate and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical teams
- Knowledge of stakeholder management and leadership styles
- Experience of software testing, specifically - functional, end-to-end and user acceptance testing Experience of requirements gathering and the tools and techniques used to develop business requirements and user stories

**Desirable skills, qualities, and experience**:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in business or IT service management
- Knowledge of System Thinking and Lean methodologies
- Experience of working within an Agile environment
- Experience of dealing with change within an organization
- Experience with manufacturing systems/ERP
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015
