About the New Homes Business Development role:

  • Identify under-construction sites across our patches and establish relationships with site owners or builders.
  • Familiarize yourself with planning data for consideration or recently granted sites.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with developer clients and builders.
  • Liaise with offices about potential opportunities and nurture relationships.
  • Ensure developer clients receive 'The Nock Deighton Way' when working with us.
  • Provide market appraisals considering individual developer needs and requirements.
  • Prepare marketing material and complete handover procedures for new homes.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and targets for growing the New Homes business.

This role requires high standards, an incredible work ethic, and ability to manage time effectively, build rapport, and tackle issues positively. Experience in Estate Agency and/or property industry is essential, along with being MNAEA qualified or willing to work towards it.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 plus commission, with a car allowance of £350 per calendar month and 4% commission from completed sales.
