Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying sites under construction, establishing relationships with site owners and builders, and maintaining existing relationships with developers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential new home development opportunities across our patch
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing developer clients and builders
  • Liaise with local offices to target and nurture relationships
  • Manage the relationship between local offices and developer clients to ensure seamless service
  • Provide accurate market appraisals for new build sites
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in Estate Agency or property industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • High standards and a strong work ethic
  • A clean driving licence
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £25,000 per annum (plus commission)
  • Car allowance: £350 per month
  • 4% commission from completed sales generated
