About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team at Prince Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving internal operational projects from start to finish. This will involve developing project plans, allocating resources, managing risks, and ensuring timely completion. You will also be responsible for providing regular updates to stakeholders and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives

• Allocate resources and manage project timelines effectively

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project progress and any issues that may arise

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Prince2

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £50k per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a 37.5 hour week and office-based work.
