We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Manager to join our team at the University of Cambridge, supporting the delivery of high-quality online and in-person events.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of exhibition plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Work closely with policy leaders and fellows to deliver successful exhibitions and events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.

This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond. Event management principles and customer care are essential for this role.

This is a fixed-term position available for 12 months or until the post-holder returns, whichever is earlier. We may consider part-time or flexible working arrangements. The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
