We're looking for an exceptional **Executive Assistant to the CEO for a fixed-term contract** to work directly alongside our CEO, based in Cambridge. In this busy and varied role every day will be different, you'll be juggling competing priorities whilst providing a first-class level of executive support. You'll be experienced in all elements of CEO support, your outstanding IT and PowerPoint skills to stay one step ahead in compiling reports and preparing presentation packs, extensive and dynamic diary and considerable global travel management and event coordination. Being able to think on your feet and adapt to last minute changes is a key part of this role.

**Note that this is an office-based position requiring you to be in our Milton office 5 days a week with some outside normal working hours requirements as agreed**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the CEO in scheduling and planning all meetings, appointments, and running busy diaries/calendars
- Quickly establishing the varying needs of the CEO and how best to support him
- Develop a solid understanding of global medical devices environment and be able to credibly interact with individuals inside and outside of the company sometimes as the Company lead contact person
- Co-ordinate meetings, VIP visits, events and off-sites:

- Secure locations and set-up, secure resources, co-ordinate hotel and transport services
- Facilitate transitions between contacts and greet guests as appropriate
- Maintain meeting minutes and action items follow up lists
- Develop, edit, and publish presentations, prepare agendas and letters as requested
- Collate and produce reports as required by the CEO, up to board level.
- Make travel arrangements, including complex international travel

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have/be:

- Substantial experience of working as an EA at board level for a global company
- Outstanding IT and hardware skills, you'll be an MS Office super user and confident with conferencing hardware such as projectors, screens, conference phones and virtual meetings on Teams, Zoom, Google etc
- Proven ability to calmly manage and adapt to last minute change
- Highly organised, resilient and able to problem-solve and take responsibility
- Proven influencing skills at a senior level, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to absorb information quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine desire to help and support,
- Enjoys fast pace and managing change.
