Job Title: Children and Young Peoples Services Coordinator Role

Cornwall Council is dedicated to providing exceptional support to children and families in East Cornwall. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards. This competitive salary reflects the importance of the role and the skills required to excel as an Early Help Service Manager.

About the Job:
You will lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality early help services. This involves developing and implementing innovative strategies to support children and families, collaborating with partners and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of services to ensure continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a passionate and experienced leader/manager with a background in early help and children's services. You must also have a commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
