Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop social workers, trainees, and students, promoting best practice and innovation.
  • Work closely with the Early Help Hub to provide cohesive support for families.
  • Assess and evaluate complex situations, informing decisions about child protection and safeguarding.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, children, and professionals, navigating challenges with empathy and tact.
  • Maintain high service standards, prioritizing efficiency and quality while meeting strict timescales.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, quality assurance, and performance management.
Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
