Deputy Manager, Children and Families Service
About the JobCornwall Council is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Deputy Manager of the Children and Families Service. This position plays a vital part in supporting children and young people in our residential services who may have experienced abuse and trauma.

Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support to children and young people in our residential services;
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with colleagues;
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of incidents as necessary.
This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous annual leave allowance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
