Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team to deliver high quality residential services
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care through effective leadership and regulation compliance
  • Managing day-to-day operations of an OFSTED regulated Children's Home

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • RMA/NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management or ILM Level 5 (or commence within 3 months)
  • Excellent working knowledge of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children's Act 2010

Estimated salary is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
