Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Care Worker. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people in our care.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is £25,772 - £37,945 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a generous relocation package for eligible candidates, a recruitment and retention bonus of £1000 when the job starts and an additional £1000 paid after successfully completing the first year.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, working closely with colleagues and external partners to achieve positive outcomes. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in our care.

You will be encouraged to use your own initiative, work as part of a team, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. A Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or willingness to work towards it is desirable.
