Job Description:

Cornwall Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our dynamic 16+ and Separated Children Seeking Asylum Service. This role will involve supporting 16-25 year old Children in Care and Care Leavers, with a focus on achieving stability and security for our young people in local communities while promoting their aspirations and goals.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of excellent practice, high-level written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge and understanding of legislation, models, and theories relevant to children's social work. A welcome bonus of £4000 and a generous relocation package are available for qualified Social Workers who are new to social work in Cornwall and have completed their ASYE.
