Role Overview:

Cornwall Council's 16+ and Separated Children Seeking Asylum Service is a multi-disciplinary team operating an Outstanding service to Care Leavers aged 16 to 25 years old. We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team, working closely with Children in Care and Care Leavers, as well as other agencies such as Housing, CSW, and CAMHS. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent practice, high-level written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge and understanding of legislation, models, and theories relevant to children's social work.

The salary for this position is approximately £30,882 - £44,918 per annum, and we offer a comprehensive core curriculum and career and qualification pathway for our social workers to develop their knowledge and skills to deliver the most effective social work intervention with children and families.
