Daily Responsibilities:
The role involves assisting customers with personal care and hygiene needs, medication administration (if required), preparing meals, accompanying them to medical appointments, engaging in social activities, and supporting independent living skills. You will also maintain accurate records and update care plans as necessary. With ongoing training and development opportunities, you can enhance your skills and progress within the organisation.

Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to complete quality support records and follow support plans and risk assessments. You must also be willing to achieve the Care Certificate and have a full UK/international driving license. Mileage will be reimbursed at 0.45p per mile.
