About the Role
Are you passionate about providing mental health support to young people with eating disorders? We are seeking an experienced Eating Disorders Therapist to join our team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping individuals recover from eating disorders and achieve their full potential.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will work as part of our multi-disciplinary team, providing intensive interventions to young people with eating disorders. You will be responsible for delivering meal support in the young person's home environment, implementing distress tolerance and emotional regulation interventions, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to young people with eating disorders
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide meal support in the young person's home environment
- Implement distress tolerance and emotional regulation interventions
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A NVQ Level 4 qualification in Healthcare or equivalent relevant experience
- Significant recent clinical experience in delivering direct care/support to people with mental health issues or equivalent experience
- Evidence of substantial experience of working with young people
- Knowledge and experience of mental health and basic psychological therapies
- Experience of dealing emotional distress
- Experience of working within a mental health field

Working Arrangements
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 7 days per week with shifts from 7:30am to 7:30pm. The salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
