About the Role

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to support children in SEND schools in and around Truro, while gaining valuable experience and training in the education sector.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school, supporting teachers, and helping children to thrive. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme, delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for supporting and helping children, be dedicated to improving outcomes for all children, and be committed to completing the required training and participating in ongoing CPD.
