Job Title: Secondary School English Educator

Location:

We are currently recruiting for a Secondary School English Educator to work in a secondary school in Truro, Cornwall.



Job Description:

The role will entail working in a dynamic secondary school environment, overseeing classes and staff, and liaising with other members of staff within the trust. The role will start on a temporary basis but could be permanent after a successful trial period.



Requirements:

  2. You must have an excellent understanding of how children learn and be able to motivate and inspire them.
  3. You should have a positive working attitude and be committed to continually improving your teaching practice.
  4. You will need to be organised, punctual, and adaptable, as well as committed to inclusion and equity.
  5. A minimum of experience teaching secondary English is required.


Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We pay our staff using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
