As Head of School, you will play a key role in shaping the educational offer at Pencalenick School. Our school provides a creative and ambitious centre of specialist learning for 190 pupils aged 11-16, offering a range of innovative programs and resources to support their development.
The successful candidate will bring fresh perspectives and a clear vision to lead Pencalenick School into its next phase of growth and development. They will build on our excellent legacy, embracing change and driving continuous improvement to achieve outstanding outcomes for our students.
We are seeking an experienced leader who can engage, inspire, and motivate staff and the local community. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Job DescriptionThis exciting leadership opportunity involves designing, developing, and implementing the educational offer at Pencalenick School. You will work closely with our dedicated team of staff to deliver a high-quality SEND provision, drive curriculum innovation, and promote school improvement.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to provide exceptional care and support for our students. Your ability to engage with staff, parents, and the wider community will be crucial in building strong relationships and promoting the school's success.
We estimate that the salary for this role is between £87,650 - £101,532 per annum, depending on experience.
