We are seeking an accomplished SEN leader or Headteacher to take on the challenge of leading our specialist provision at Pencalenick School.

As Director of Education, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear vision for the school's educational offer, driven by a passion for improving outcomes for students with SEN. With a strong background in curriculum innovation, school improvement, and staff development, you will lead a talented team of staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
