Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced academic leader to lead our school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership, particularly in the field of SEN and SEMH.

  1. Educational Leadership: Oversee the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  2. SEN and SEMH Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges, with the ability to effectively manage associated behaviours.
  3. Hands-On Approach: Be actively involved in the school community, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  1. Headteacher Experience: Proven experience as a headteacher with a successful track record in educational leadership.
  2. SEN and SEMH Focus: Strong background in working with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges.
  3. Independent School Understanding: Familiarity with the dynamics of independent schools and a hands-on approach to school management.
