About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our team as a Headteacher at SEND Inclusion Support. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in leading our school and shaping the educational experience of our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educational Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive academic excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- SEN and SEMH Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of SEN and SEMH challenges, effectively managing associated behaviors and providing tailored support.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- Headteacher Experience: Proven experience as a Headteacher with a successful track record in educational leadership.
- SEN and SEMH Focus: Strong background in working with SEN and SEMH challenges.
- Independent School Understanding: Familiarity with the dynamics of independent schools and a hands-on approach to school management.
