About the Position

This role as a Head Teacher at an SEMH school requires delivering a high-quality education and a relevant curriculum for pupils with special education needs. As part of our team, you will promote a relentless focus on education quality and produce positive outcomes.

Our goal is to develop self-esteem, wellbeing, academic performance, and development in pupils. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding learning and support.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Promote a high-quality education and relevant curriculum for pupils with special education needs.
  2. Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding learning and support.
  3. Represent Teaching Personnel, collaborating with parents, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this position, you should possess ambition and creativity to enhance performance and support. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire teams are essential.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in teaching or leadership roles is required, along with relevant qualifications and safeguarding checks.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £90,000, with a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £100,000 per annum based on experience.

A 2,000 Welcome Bonus (terms apply) and a non-contractual bonus are also offered.

Term: Permanent, Hours: Monday to Friday, School type: SEMH School, Contract: Term Time only.
