Educational Recruitment Consultant Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Educational Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Zen Educate. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with school leaders to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with school leaders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of recruitment activities.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and initiatives to expand our services and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with school leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Driving license and access to a car (for visiting schools).
